Deposits: Secure credit card details or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to hold reservations, particularly for couples’ packages, group bookings (3 to 4+ guests), and extended multi-hour luxury rituals. Weekday Bookings: For the ultimate serene and tranquil experience, we highly recommend booking your sessions on Mondays through Thursdays. 2. Arrival Time & Check-In Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This buffer allows you to comfortably complete any necessary intake forms, change into spa attire, and begin the relaxation process on time. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full cost of the scheduled service will still apply. 3.
