Spa Policies & Guidelines 661-666-0190 1. Booking & Reservations To ensure your preferred time and specialist are available, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Deposits: Secure credit card details or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to hold reservations, particularly for couples’ packages, group bookings (3 to 4+ guests), and extended multi-hour luxury rituals. Weekday Bookings: For the ultimate serene and tranquil experience, we highly recommend booking your sessions on Mondays through Thursdays. 2. Arrival Time & Check-In Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This buffer allows you to comfortably complete any necessary intake forms, change into spa attire, and begin the relaxation process on time. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full cost of the scheduled service will still apply. 3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy We value your time and our therapists' schedules. Because your appointments are strictly reserved for you, we enforce the following cancellation structure: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
