Arrival Time & Check-In Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This buffer allows you to comfortably complete any necessary intake forms, change into spa attire, and begin the relaxation process on time. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full cost of the scheduled service will still apply. 3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy We value your time and our therapists' schedules. Because your appointments are strictly reserved for you, we enforce the following cancellation structure: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Group Bookings (3+ guests): Require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes. 4. Health, Safety, & Comfort Your physical well-being is our primary focus. Health Disclosures: Please notify our front desk and your therapist of any physical ailments, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries. Specialized Care: If you are pregnant, please explicitly request our specialized Pregnancy Massage.
